The beginning of the school year is an exciting time for Green Up Our Schools: With new schools joining our program and older schools embarking on their final year, it is a busy time of planning and growing relationships.

Featured School: Wildcat Mountain Elementary

Wildcat Mountain just began their 3rd and final year with Green Up Our Schools. The student Green Team has been hard at work - assessing their waste, developing plans to reduce it, implementing those plans, and measuring their success. Their dedication to, and achievements in, waste reduction have landed them a starring role in one of our upcoming documentary short films! While we are SO excited, we don't want to spoil it just yet. So stay tuned for newsletter hints and sneak peaks as we begin filming.
