Guides Elementary School Waste Reduction Programs

Green Up Our Schools is a 501(c)3 non-profit that guides elementary school waste reduction programs. Led by a team of sustainability consultants, Green Up Our Schools is the only national organization to provide funding and personalized sustainability consulting support to elementary schools. We understand it takes time - a sustainable campus is not born overnight - that is why we support every accepted elementary school for as long as they need.

I think you guys are fabulous.

You keep our green program moving, otherwise, it would be dead in the water.

Susan Moore, principal

Douglas County School District

Green Up Our Schools is my source of inspiration. It connects us to the world of sustainability and opened our eyes to new methods to reduce, reuse, and recycle. The program helps me and my students understand how to take care for our precious Earths resources.
